1555 S. Wabash is a new construction 14-story mixed-use residential, retail & garage development on a zero lot line property in the South Loop Neighborhood of Chicago. The structural system included driven pile foundations and a concrete frame superstructure. The final product included 170 residential units, 166 parking spaces, 10,000 sf of retail space and a 1,000 sf Fitness Center.
