This new development consists of 53 Luxury town homes and a 21 story building with 177 dwelling units. The site is located in the historic Prairie District on the southern edge of the Museum Campus and on the site of Fort Dearborn. The building construction involved deep caisson foundations, cast-in place concrete structure with a masonry veneer and punched window system.
